In addition to the two primary APIs, we offer supplementary APIs designed to enhance the overall experience and streamline the process.
Manual Fetch API:
This API aims to empower FIUs in seamlessly incorporating trigger-based data fetch into their digital ecosystems, ensuring a smooth and efficient use of customer-approved consents.
It shows how FIUs can initiate data retrievals triggered by events like page refresh, customer session start, or scheduled tasks by the FIU. To make this happen, the guide outlines a set of approved APIs, making it easy for FIUs to securely access customer-approved consents and retrieve the necessary data.
FIP Health API:
We have developed an API (application programming interface) that is able to provide you with real-time information on FIPs for each API call so that we may understand where our preferred FIP stands in terms of communicating data to the AA.
This API can help FIU clients to identify in real time the performance of FIPs. The FIUs have the flexibility in choosing a time period of their preference. For example, an FIU may want to make decision on whether or not to direct customers belonging to a particular FIP for the hour. In which case they can chose to go by the last hours performance of the FIP.
Consent Data detail API:
In case of FIU side server issues, they can use this API to pull the data.
Consent Status API:
The API provides the information related to the consent status details of the consent.
Data Failure Webhook API:
The Account Aggregator system was designed to make it easy and secure for different financial institutions like banks, mutual funds, insurance agencies etc. to share data to the intended financial user with proper consent from the user. We get the data directly from the original source, ensuring it's reliable, and digital tools speed up the process.
However, we are currently facing challenges in making this work smoothly, mainly because sometimes data transfer from the source to the user had issues. To address this, we've set up a system (webhook) to alert the FIU if there's any problem during data delivery. This API will provide you the error message in case of FIP data delivery.
For detailed information about these APIs, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
